Job Overview

The Global Compensation team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving global compensation programs, tools, and initiatives—such as market intelligence, the annual year-end process, incentive management, the global job framework, and job evaluation. These efforts are aligned with TE’s internal strategies and external market conditions to attract, retain, and motivate talent worldwide.
