Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to embed within a core business unit and act as a strategic data partner. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business analytics — owning data modeling, defining KPIs, and building scalable data foundations that power product and operational decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams to translate ambiguous problems into structured analysis and durable data solutions. Strong SQL expertise, experience with dbt and modern cloud data warehouses, and the ability to drive measurable business impact are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define, instrument, and own key business metrics and KPIs.
- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
- Develop scalable self-service dashboards and reporting solutions (Looker, Databricks, or similar BI tools).
