Job Responsibilities
Install, set up, and commission AWLT machines at customer sites
Analyse customer requirements (accuracy, throughput, repeatability) and optimize system parameters
Perform wafer alignment, laser scanning, and probing process tuning and troubleshooting
Validate and improve machine performance (e.g., ~100 nm repeatability, vibration stability)
Troubleshoot process issues such as alignment errors, stray light, vibration, and wafer flatness
Provide customer training on operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Prepare application reports, test results, and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, design, service) to implement improvements
Provide on-site and remote technical support
Support new application development and process qualification
