Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Senior Architect on behalf of our client in Dubai . The ideal candidate will have strong contracting experience, excellent coordination skills, and in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages

• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents

• Review and manage subcontractors shop drawings and material submittals

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and green building codes

• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines

• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
