Job Title: Senior Architect Location: Bangalore Role Purpose The Senior Architect will lead the design development and delivery of high-quality projects with expertise in high rise residential projects or commercial (retail , office buildings). The role focuses on ensuring design excellence, process rigor, compliance, and team capability while aligning all outcomes with Total Environment’s philosophy of thoughtful, personalized, and design-driven space. Areas of Accountability 1. Quality Assurance Design and implement robust QA systems and checklists. Establish standards to ensure consistent, high-quality design documentation and execution. Drive error-free, coordinated drawing outputs across disciplines. 2. Process Development Design and implement structured processes for planning, communication, reporting, and performance tracking.
