Key Responsibilities- Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
- Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents
- Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building codes
- Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
- Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen
- Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
- Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal logs
- Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations...
