Senior Assistant Director / Assistant Director, Group Risk Management

Job Summary The Risk Management team plays a key role in safeguarding Frasers Property Limited’s interests and operations across the region. The position works closely with all business units to drive the adoption of risk mitigation strategies, develop and test business continuity plans, and collaborate with all levels within the organization to ensure preparedness for any incident.

Job Description

• Implement and roll out Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the FPL Group, including local and overseas subsidiaries. Besides partnering Business Units (BU)/ Departments in their risk assessments, risk measurements and developing risk mitigation plans, you are expected to proactively drive risk management implementation across different asset class, actively engaging and getting buy-ins from the BU Heads.
