Job Description
To strengthen the Student & Academic Services Department’s (SASD) capabilities and ultimately improve student experience, the Registrar’s Office has developed an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) roadmap for SASD. A strong Digital Innovation and Transformation (DIT) team is crucial to drive the implementation of this roadmap, which will put in place a robust student data analytics architecture to advance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making within SASD by leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, GenAI, and RPA. These technologies can transform student administration by automating tasks, improving decision-making, and boosting overall efficiency. By integrating these technologies with data analytics products developed by the DIT team, we will streamline administrative functions and enable seamless coordination across departments, colleges, and schools, leading to more efficient university-wide operations.
