Senior Associate - Asset Management Team

Thisrole will be a part of our growing Portfolio Management team and the primaryresponsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where Oxaneis providing portfolio management service or reporting services to globalinstitutional investors investing in structured credit products, asset-backedfinancing, or non-performing loan financing transactions. The incumbent will beresponsible for working closely with clients in assisting, monitoring, andreporting key metrics of their investments. The role would entail researchingacross legal agreements, reviewing key metrics, understanding the portfolio andprepare the reporting of the same. He/she would also be required to interact andcoordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlyingcollateral.
Key Responsibilities :

Onboardingthe client’s investment portfolio by reviewing and interpreting legalagreements, deal, documents andunderstanding servicer or investor reports
