Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Projects & Energy Transition team in Jakarta. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most significant energy, infrastructure and mining projects across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Working closely with an experienced team and international network, you will advise a broad range of public and private sector clients on complex, high-profile transactions and developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on major energy, infrastructure and mining projects.
• Supporting the structuring, financing and development of large-scale projects.
• Drafting and negotiating project agreements and transaction documents.
• Providing regulatory and commercial advice across the project lifecycle.
