Transaction Execution: Assist in sourcing, structuring, and closing financing deals across the Energy, Heavy Transportation, and Digital Infrastructure sectors, ensuring consistency with investment strategy and risk framework. Take the lead on financial modeling, deal structuring, and due diligence processes.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated project and structured finance models to evaluate deal viability, analyze risks, and ensure transactions meet investment standards.
Research and Due Diligence: Drive in-depth research and due diligence in collaboration with investors and origination partners to support deal sourcing and execution. Keep up to date with industry developments in energy markets, including data centers, natural gas, renewable energy, and electrification.
