We’re a Dubai-based AI agency that’s been building voice agents, WhatsApp chatbots, and CRM automations for over five years. Our clients — real estate developers, healthcare clinics, education companies, and B2B businesses across UAE and UK — pay us monthly retainers because we build systems that actually run, 24 hours a day, without someone babysitting them.
We’re hiring a developer who knows n8n deeply, understands voice AI and CRM integration at production level, and wants to be the most technically important person in a fast‑growing agency. Full‑time, in‑office, Dubai.
The most important thing: n8n.
Not I’ve used it. We mean someone who runs it self‑hosted, has debugged it at 2am, knows exactly why a flow silently fails when the CRM returns a 200 with no write, and can architect a 60‑node multi‑tenant system that other developers can actually maintain.
