About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join their Retail Development team. You'll design and build scalable Java microservices, mentor engineers, and help shape the future of retail systems kiosks. This is a hands-on role focused on technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Java microservices using Spring Framework
Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems
Improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and enhance CI/CD pipelines
Mentor developers and foster a culture of growth
