Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new applications
• Monitor all phases of the software development process
• Analyze complex problems and recommend advanced programming solutions
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and security measures
• Advise and coach junior analysts in the team
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Java Backend Development
• Experience with large distributed systems
