In this full-time role, you'll manage various aspects of the Canadian Retirement Plan and handle communications related to group benefits. Collaborate with external vendors and ensure that plans are current and efficient for employees. Bring your expertise in benefits administration to develop innovative solutions and streamline processes for optimal effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Canadian Retirement Plan and monitor performance
• Review, revise, and distribute benefits materials to employees
• Manage group insurance programs, including claims processing
• Liaise with third-party consultants and vendors
• Conduct audits and produce reports as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business
• 2-3 years in benefits administration or related field
