Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: IST (overlap 4 hours with EST)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a Senior BI & Analytics Lead to drive enterprise analytics initiatives, build dashboards, define KPI frameworks, and support strategic business decisions through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-ready dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or Power BI
• Design semantic layers and scalable data models
• Define KPIs, metrics, and analytics standards across the organization
