SENIOR BIM MODELLER

Responsible for creating and managing digital models of building structures and systems using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

• Develop constituent parts of the information model in connection with specific tasks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Produce project output.
• Own model information.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create Revit worksets and understand the Revit work-sharing process; input marked‑up drawings into Revit.
• Download drawings and information from the Web, SharePoint, or project websites (FTP, etc.).
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
