Senior BIM Technician - Mechanical

AECOM are currently seeking a Senior BIM Technician - Mechanical to be based in our Abu Dhabi office. In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of building projects. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality coordinated and efficient designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineers to model HVAC systems electrical layouts and plumbing designs maintaining proper spatial coordination.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues between MEP systems and other disciplines using tools like Navisworks Revizto.
