Senior BMS Embedded Hardware Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior BMS Embedded Hardware Engineer, your primary mission is to design, develop, and validate high-performance embedded hardware systems that serve as the 'nervous system' of our battery technology. You will lead the creation of robust analog and digital circuits from concept to mass production. While design is your core focus, you will also act as a technical evaluator-reviewing and validating designs of new and existing hardware to drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, safety, and cost-efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

1. Hardware Design & Architecture (Primary Focus)

• Schematic & PCB Design: Lead the design of complex, multi-layer PCBs using Altium Designer, focusing on analog/digital mixed signal circuits, sensor interfaces, and cell-balancing networks.
