Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate recordkeeping. This role is responsible for maintaining financial reports, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is up to date and properly documented.

Responsibilities

  • Record and classify financial transactions (income, expenses, payroll, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  • Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments when needed
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and company statements
  • Enter bills, process payments, and track vendor accounts
  • Maintain organized financial files and documentation
  • Assist with monthly and yearly closing processes
  • Generate financial reports such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets
  • Support accountants during audits or tax preparation
