Develop & implement category / brand strategy to ensure profitable growth Ownership over brand equity – continuously ensure brand equity is aligned with local market needs and strategic objectives Category P&L management Market Research & Consumer Insights Development and execution of yearly marketing plan Development of 360 communication campaigns Build strong innovation pipeline for the brands Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business results Effective use and control of A&M budget, ensuring brand's priorities are covered Требования:
