**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Scope:** Responsible for performing all aspects for a complete design of engineering assignments including, but not limited to, designing Building Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) for building projects from concept through construction. This work will be performed under general supervision.
**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**
+ Assists the project management team to develop proposals, estimates and project schedules.
+ As requested, assists in the development of proposals and presentations to clients.
+ Ability to develop well written assessments addressing code implications and basis of design in the development of HVAC systems.
+ Design overall HVAC systems, assuring project compliance with codes and standards.
+ Uses design software to prepare engineering and design documents.
+ Perform HVAC design calculations to support equipment selections such as fans, air h...
