Hiring on behalf of a well-established financial services organisation currently delivering a significant multi-year transformation programme.
Responsibilities
Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with transformation outcomes
Manage detailed functional and non-functional specifications reflecting real business needs
Collaborate with SMEs to define target-state processes, data needs, and user journeys
Own UAT strategies, test plans, and test scripts; coordinate end-to-end UAT including defect management and business sign-off
Support deployment planning including cutover coordination, business communications, and readiness checkpoints
