You are the bridge between complex manufacturing operations and high-performance digital solutions. As a Strategic BA, you don’t just map processes; you re-engineer them. Your goal is to translate high-level business challenges into scalable technical architectures, ensuring that every WMS and ERP integration delivers measurable ROI and operational agility.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Process Re-Engineering & Value Mapping: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map AS-IS states. Don't just document current inefficiencies—architect TO-BE processes that leverage automation and lean logistics to improve throughput and accuracy.
- WMS-ERP Synergy Design: Act as the primary architect for the data lifecycle. Design how the WMS interacts with the ERP/MES to ensure seamless data flow, minimizing latency and eliminating manual data silos.
