Job Description

Contract: June 2026 – September 2027

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments, and business modeling.
  • Support project planning, risk management, change management, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, vendor, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop business processes, user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Fixing Long‑Term Care Act, 2021, Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System (ODS), and Service Design Playbook.
