Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst (P&C) to drive transformation and system enhancement initiatives for Large Commercial / Specialty P&C insurance, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Map and improve underwriting and claims processes
- Translate business workflows into clear requirements and user stories
- Support delivery and enhancement of insurance systems and digital solutions
- Coordinate UAT and support implementation activities
- Business Analyst experience in Large Commercial / Specialty P&C insurance
- Knowledge of underwriting and claims processes
- Experience in Property, Engineering, Construction, Marine, or Corporate/Specialty Risk
