We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, validation, and delivery support for complex or cross‑functional digital initiatives.

This role is expected to be approximately 70% execution-focused and 30% strategic , requiring the candidate to work hands‑on with stakeholders, product teams, designers, engineering teams, operations, and business users, while also shaping recommendations that influence product direction, process improvements, and long‑term decision‑making.
