Requirements
- Must Haves: 810+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology projects, ideally involving Microsoft (M).
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Hands‑on exposure to M applications such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and One Drive for Business (asset).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and support solution design with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience supporting data migration initiatives, including data mapping, validation, and quality assurance.
- Robust skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and identifying improvement opportunities.
