Senior Business Analyst

At Cabot, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, definition and design of complex change across the business. This is a hands‑on, senior practitioner role focused on solving problems, shaping solutions, and ensuring outcomes deliver real value.

You’ll work closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams to make sure change is clearly defined, feasible and aligned to business goals. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll tackle ambiguity head‑on, applying sound judgement and influencing decisions across cross‑functional teams.
