A Day in the Life

As the Senior Business Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the General Service and Repair – Insights team, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing data and analytics deliverables. You will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to create comprehensive, analytics‑driven products in support of Service Delivery activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of how service and repair operations function end‑to‑end and becoming a trusted analytics partner to operational leaders.
