What You Will Do


  • Own (and maintain) the program backlog for one SAFe release train

  • Manage stakeholders from different areas (e.g. business, operations, IT)

  • Business Owner of several business applications (incl. financial and governance responsibility)

  • Guide stakeholders and other involved roles to find solution in challenging situations

  • Continuously improve the way of working in the agile release train(s)

  • Analytic skills and the capability to keep the overview in difficult situations

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with can do mentality

  • Theoretical and practical experience working in SAFe environments

  • Languages: fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal & writing). German is a plus
