Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in solution and business architecture, with proven leadership in business transformation and modernization.
- Experience in insurance or finance environments
- Experience designing and implementing business and operating models in complex organizational environments.
- Excellent understanding of various enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, WHS, HCM, MES) and Cloud Technologies with a particular focus on MS Azure.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience contributing to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to assess strategic implications, impacts, and risks of business decisions.
