POSITION: Senior Business Development Officer

UNIT: Service Development and Relationship Management Units

The Business Group serves as the primary point of contact for growing base of partners (banks and financial institutions) from contract execution, through successful switch integration and service activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled.

In this role you will work with leadership to achieve partnership and sales goals while collaborating with stakeholders across business, operations, IT, governance and finance teams. The Senior Business Development Officer demands a strong analytical skill set to drive customer adoption, propose new business models, and forecast accurate deployment timelines. Success will require critical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to execute the strategic direction and achieve corporate goals.
