Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.
- Support and enhance systems related to ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to support decision‑making and project needs.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of system changes.
- Ensure explicit communication between business users and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of overall qualified experience.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
