Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic professional to drive enterprise-wide process improvements and transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to analyze complex, evolving operations, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience and revenue enablement. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment with multiple transformation initiatives underway, where prioritization, clarity and strong execution are critical. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, leverage data to inform decision‑making, and influence stakeholders to deliver impactful, sustainable change across the organization.

Location: Toronto office, with in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: VP, Customer Operations.
