We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior CAD / BIM Designer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BIM models, technical drawings, and coordinating design information for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and develop detailed CAD drawings and BIM models for construction projects.
- Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Review and update drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
- Support project teams in submission drawings and as-built documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support when required.
