Quick Rundown: The Senior CAD Operator is responsible for guiding a team of CAD Operators in the preparation and delivery of high-quality technical drawings for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with client specifications, timely project delivery, and continuous development of team capability through training and performance management. The Senior CAD Operator also plays a key role in quality assurance, workflow coordination, and technical problem-solving across all CAD outputs.
