At Isaac Operations, our Campus Program is a key way we identify and develop future talent. We’re looking for a Senior Campus Attraction Coordinator to help build awareness, drive engagement, and generate a strong pipeline of high‑potential candidates through data‑informed campus attraction strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Support and execute campus attraction strategies across Canadian and US target schools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with career centres, student organisations, and campus partners
• Coordinate and execute campus events including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other creative engagement initiatives
• Develop and execute innovative ways to connect with students beyond traditional campus recruitment tactics
• Support the creation and optimisation of job postings, recruitment marketing materials, and digital campaigns
