Job Description
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare's Braintree Mews Care Home in Braintree. The focus will be on supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
