As part of Adept Care Homes—a family-run, Midlands-based group providing high-quality residential and dementia care—you’ll join our friendly team at Douglas Court, a purpose‑built 43‑bed dementia care home in Ivy Square, Derby.
Our Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in residents’ daily lives, offering the same kindness and compassion you would give your own loved ones. You’ll support residents with all aspects of daily living, providing both emotional and practical care while promoting dignity, independence, and happiness.

- Day Shifts – 07:30 – 19:30
