About the Role

Full-time, 38.5 hours per week on days or nights working a 3 on 3 off rotation.

£1000 Welcome Bonus.

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement care that provides residents with a sense of security, dignity and independence, and you'll lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care.

You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, administer medication, and maintain accurate records.
