Main duties of the job
As a Senior Carer, Kindness guides all interactions and care across our care homes. You will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to deliver truly personalised care plans. You may lead a team of Care Assistants and help maintain high standards of care, acting as a positive influence on the team. You may assist with activities, support feeding at end of life, and communicate with families as needed, always prioritising kindness.
