Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sourcing strategy for Milk Powders (Skimmed Milk Powder SMP, Whole Milk Powder WMP, SN Skimmed Milk Concentrate SMC) and Base Powders for Danone in the APAC zone.
- Fully accountable for setting up tenders, negotiating, allocating, following up consumption to all the Specialised Nutrition (SN) Supply Points across the supplier base, and managing all the financials related to your categories, such as market effects and productivity projects.
- Ensuring robust delivery of milk powder supply, cost management, risk analysis, dual sourcing, contingency planning, quality and sustainability.
- Accountable for gathering evidence and forming a Market Risk Management recommendation along with the Market Intelligence team, supporting MRM strategy execution for commodity materials.
