Position Overview
MS Clinical Research is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Cell Biology / Senior Cell Biology Scientist to lead and expand our Cell Biology division. The successful candidate will provide scientific and operational leadership for in vitro safety and efficacy studies, oversee laboratory operations, mentor scientific teams, and drive research excellence across multiple projects involving cell culture, molecular biology, and advanced tissue models.
This role requires strong expertise in 2 D and 3 D cell culture systems, cosmetic and pharmaceutical product testing, study design, client interactions, and laboratory management.
