The Opportunity

We are looking to fill a 12‑month role for a Senior Change Manager on our Enterprise Change Management team. The Senior Change Manager reports to the Director of Change Management and will lead and deliver a portfolio of multiple change initiatives across the organization. You will drive enterprise adoption, build readiness, and ensure business outcomes are realized. The ideal candidate has consulting expertise and industry experience, with a proven track record of managing complex change in financial services.
