Senior Change Risk Specialist Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026), then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Work schedule: hybrid. Responsibilities
Represent FCC Risk Management on business and technology projects. Analyze proposed changes, identify risk exposures, assess controls, and document required mitigations. Provide constructive challenges to ensure risks are accurately recognized and addressed. Work collaboratively with business partners to develop effective solutions and ensure timely implementation. Communicate risk implications to leaders, project teams, and control owners. Lead the administrative aspects of the Change Risk process, ensuring project risk and criticality ratings are accurate and appropriately challenged. Maintain documentation and uphold adherence to risk policies and standards across all initiatives.
