We are working with a leading, partner-led property consultancy to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor into a key position within their expanding team. The Role You will initially operate on an approximately 50/50 split between project and professional work, with the opportunity to gradually bias your workload towards your preferred specialism.
The role will include:
Project-led work:
Contract administration across refurbishment and maintenance schemes
Project management duties from inception through to completion
Stakeholder coordination and on-site delivery oversightProfessional services:
