Senior Chef (B2228)
This is a seasonal position for the summer covering June through to September (12 – 16 weeks).
Earn £ per hour.
Full time and Part time hours available.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Chef to assist our Head Chef in our fast-paced kitchen.
Our Cafes bring the benefit of avoiding those unsociable hours with a 4:30pm finish for all shifts!
Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare food in accordance with Creative Gardens recipes, menus and food policies to ensure we achieve consistency between our 4 centres.
Be aware and fully understand food allergies and intolerances.
Assist the head chef with ensuring the kitchen team are attending to customer orders as promptly as possible and ensure food is served to customers in a minimum time.
Help oversee stock rotation, make sure stock is fresh and used by its date, ordering food in line with Creative Gardens suppliers all whil...
