Job Description
The Victoria Hotel is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who will work closely with the Head chef and the kitchen team aiding in food preparation and food service for a busy hotel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen. You will have a strong understanding of fresh ingredients and the importance of a positive guest dining experience as well as be flexible to the changing needs of a business. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the fun, energetic and vibrant Victoria Hotel.

Summary of key activities
- Preparation of fresh food and plating of good standards
- Maintaining high levels of quality
- Take directions from the Head Chef
- Making sure stock is rotated
- Making sure HACCP is filled and up to date on each shift
