Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Chemist to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of new chemical processes from concept to scale-up. The role will focus on extraction, purification, process optimization, and lab-scale process development. We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on experimentation, data-driven problem solving, and translating ideas into practical processes.
Qualifications
• M. Sc. or Ph. D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant industrial R&D experience
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute laboratory-scale R&D experiments
• Develop and optimize extraction, purification, and separation processes
• Evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
